At Toscano Bar & Kitchen, our aim is to provide a refined, welcoming, and enjoyable dining experience for all guests. The following policies help us maintain the quality of service and atmosphere we are known for. We thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Adult Dining Environment
To preserve the refined and intimate atmosphere of our evening service, dinner reservations are reserved exclusively for adult guests. We are not able to accommodate children during dinner hours.
Responsible Service of Alcohol
We are committed to the responsible service of alcohol in accordance with Queensland licensing laws. Our team reserves the right to refuse service to any guest who appears intoxicated or behaves in a manner that may compromise the safety or comfort of others. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Respectful Behaviour
We ask all guests to treat our team and fellow diners with courtesy and respect at all times. Any abusive, aggressive, or inappropriate behaviour towards staff or other guests will not be tolerated and may result in refusal of service or being asked to leave the premises.
Reservations and Seating
We kindly ask guests to arrive on time for their reservation. While we will always do our best to accommodate delays, tables may be released after a reasonable grace period to ensure smooth service for all guests.
Dining Experience and Atmosphere
Toscano is designed to offer a relaxed and elegant environment. We ask guests to be mindful of noise levels and conduct so that everyone can enjoy their evening.
Right to Refuse Service
Management reserves the right to refuse service or entry at its discretion where necessary to maintain a safe, respectful, and enjoyable environment for guests and staff
Special Requests
We will always do our best to accommodate dietary requirements and special requests when advised in advance; however, availability cannot be guaranteed.
Outside Food & Beverage
No BYO food or beverages are permitted. A cakeage fee of $3 per person applies for celebration cakes brought into the restaurant.
Seating Times
Groups of 2–3 guests are allocated a 90‑minute seating. Groups of 4 or more are allocated a 120‑minute seating. Additional time may be requested in advance and will be accommodated where possible, subject to availability.
Table Allocation
Table allocation is at the discretion of management. Guest preferences are welcome and can be noted at the time of booking; while we will do our best to accommodate requests, they cannot be guaranteed.
Deposits & Pre‑Authorisation
For certain dates, times, or group sizes, a credit card pre‑authorisation may be required to secure your booking. This may be charged in the event of a no‑show or late cancellation (within 24 hours of the reservation).
